Behroyan is a seasoned professional in the oil, gas, and utilities industry with 17 years of experience. In 2016, she founded PAXON, a company that is dedicated to the development of energy-efficient solutions, focused on creating a cleaner and safer energy future for future generations. PAXON has become a trendsetter and game changer in the oil and gas industry, achieving an impressive three-year growth rate of 22,700%. Behroyan serves as the board president for National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) – San Francisco Bay Area.

Braswell has 25 years of experience working in all aspects of business operations including contracts, finance, strategy, and process improvements in the oil and gas industry. Braswell’s industry experience includes a full suite of integrity management, construction management and inspection, and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) pipeline services, evaluating and improving processes to enhance safety, reduce costs, and expedite projects. He held executive roles for companies such as Jacobs Engineering, Tulsa Inspection Resources, Chesapeake and Atmos Energy.

Entering the Pipeline Industry in 1986, Pirtle’s experience includes Inside & Outside Sales, Sales Management, Operations Management, Market Development for Piping Systems operators with recent focus on Business Development of Integrity Related Services throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America. Pirtle has been an active member of various industry organizations for almost his entire career including PPSA, AGA, OGA, TGA, SGA, API, NACE, and Gild of Ancient Suppliers. He spent 25 years at the legendary TD Williamson.

Smith currently serves as Sr. Director of Business Development & Operations for Paxon Energy & Infrastructure. His 10+ years of experience cover a broad spectrum of responsibility from legal, project management to sales and business development. Smith was responsible for growing one of the largest brands in cross compression. He is an Army veteran and a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Tibbets has been involved in the oil and gas pipeline industry for more than 17 years. His expertise includes management of pipeline integrity projects including pipeline cleaning, hydrotesting, and inline inspection. He currently manages pipeline services personnel and pipeline services projects at Paxon. In this capacity, he supervises pigging projects and has been critical to the success of several pipeline inspections projects utilizing innovative engineering solutions. He has a history of delivering his projects on schedule and budget.

Stanfield is a seasoned pipeline services manager with an impressive 34-year track record in the utilities industry. His expertise lies in the intricacies of the pipeline sector, with a specific focus on cross compression methane recapture, inline inspections (piggins), hydrotesting, chemical cleaning, and right-of-way maintenance. Stanfield is dedicated to not only advancing environmentally conscious methane recapture strategies within the pipeline industry but also cultivating meaningful partnerships with clients, for whom he consistently excels in overseeing and organizing initiatives ensuring seamless project progression.

Boris Ratner currently serves as Engineering Manager of Pipeline Integrity at Paxon Energy & Infrastructure. He has 30+ years of experience in the pipeline industry. Boris has held significant roles, including Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Principal Project Engineer, at organizations such as Dominion Energy, NMG (New Mexico Gas Company), El Paso Corporation, and Kinder Morgan. Boris is a graduate from UFA State Petroleum Technological University with an engineering degree in industrial and civil construction.

Roger Guthrie, has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. He serves PAXON as Senior Safety Manager (CUSP, CSHO) and is a respected safety professional in the natural gas distribution industry with experience in operations and compliance. He has a demonstrated history of leading successful, cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of policies, procedures, and safety related initiatives. He is skilled at building solid relationships across multiple organizational levels and committed to employee, system, and public safety.
